Why this site exists
Mobile stores are excellent catalogues and difficult decision tools. Download totals reward longevity, star averages compress very different experiences into one number, and screenshots rarely reveal advertising pressure or awkward controls. We bridge that gap with small, deliberately chosen comparison groups.
For this edition we looked at four Android games spanning platform adventure, atmospheric action, arcade puzzle and rhythm play. We used the current public Google Play listing, tested the core proposition against the developer's description, and treated recent player sentiment as context rather than a substitute for judgement.
